Automatic Control and Data Processing
The testing process is automatically controlled by computer
software, which can automatically gather, log, and process test
data. It calculates test results like specified non-proportional
elongation strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and
elongation, and is capable of displaying real-time test curves and
generating printed test reports.
Multifunctional Testing
In addition to tensile tests for prestressed concrete steel, it can
conduct a variety of mechanical property tests—including
compression, bending, and shearing—on other metals, non-metals, and
components by replacing fixtures and auxiliary tools.
Working principle:
The main machine adopts a six-column frame structure with four
columns and two lead screws. The upper and lower crossbeams form
the stretching space, while the lower crossbeam and worktable make
up the compression space. Consisting of an electrical controller,
servo valve, load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer, and
computer, it constitutes a closed-loop servo control system. This
system can automatically and accurately control the testing process
and automatically measure test parameters such as test force,
displacement, and deformation.

Daily maintenance:
All parts of the testing machine need to be wiped clean regularly.
For unpainted surfaces, after cleaning, use a cotton cloth with a
small amount of oil to wipe again to prevent rust. More attention
should be paid to wiping during the rainy season. When not in use,
cover it with a dust cover to keep dust from entering.
