The hydrostatic testing machine fully complies with the requirements of GB/T6111, ISO 1167-1, GB/T15560, ASTM D1598, ASTM D1599 standards, and is suitable for hydrostatic pressure test and bursting test on various plastic pipes for fluid transportation. The product has the characteristics of simple structure, high precision, good stability and convenient operation. It is an essential testing instrument for quality inspection departments of various research institutes and pipe manufacturers.

Principle:
Input the pipe ring stress, wall thickness, average outside
diameter and other parameters on the PC, the system automatically
calculates the test pressure, and transmits the data to the lower
computer (MCU embedded system) through the RS232 serial port. The
machine automatically carries on constant pressure to the pipeline,
and the high pressure pump generates high pressure liquid pressure
source. After the pressure control system is completed, the
high-pressure hose is delivered to the sample in the culture medium
incubator, and the pipe is subjected to a long-term hydraulic test
or a burst test.
