Slide Fittings consist of two elements: a main piece with a union
and a push-on liners. The pipe itself acts as a seal in this
connection. It should be noted that the sleeve is not included in
the fitting kit and is calculated separately.
1.Slide brass fittings are made from special hygienic brass.
CW617N, and meets the drinking water hygiene standards.
2.Using copper rods in the hot forging process to ensure density
and toughness of the fittings.
3.Fittings are less brittle at high temperatures, strength is two
times higher than that of cast fittings.
4.The outer surface is specially treated for color retention and
for long-lasting good use and corrosion resistance.
5.The dimensions of the fittings are strictly adhered to ISO
standards, in combination with the pipe dimensions the reliability
of the connections is ensured.
6.With over 5,000 thermal tests and 10,000 shock test cycles, the
operating life is designed for more than 50 years.
7. Slip-on sleeve fittings can be used to connect PEX, PE-RT, and PB pipes.
Samples:
1) we can make the samples according to customer's samples or
designs.
2) Our designer team can finish the samples timely, the exact
sample delivery time depends on thesample's style, usually in 15
working days.
3) For New design samples, the buyers have to pay for the relative
model fee. (When your order reach a certain amount, we will return
back the model fee to you
