I. Product brief introduction:

II. Product advantage:
Most of the small and medium motor USES rolling bearings. Large and
medium sized motors also use rolling bearings. Small motor bearing
at both ends.
Ball bearing (deep groove ball bearing) is used. The medium motor
USES roller bearings (usually used for high load conditions) on the
load side, and ball bearings are not used in the load end (but
there are also the opposite, such as 1050kW motor). The rolling
bearing is lubricated by grease, but also lubricates the
lubricating oil.
Instrallation:
Whether the bearing installation is good or bad will directly
affect the bearing's accuracy, life and performance. Therefore,
please fully study the installation of bearing, i.e., bearing
installation according to operation standard including the
following items.
Cleaning bearings and related parts. (for grease lubricated
bearings and double-sided oil seal or dust cover, no cleaning shall
be required before the sealing ring bearing is installed.)
To check the dimensions and finishing conditions of relevant parts
Installation method
Bearing should be installed according to the bearing structure,
size and cooperate with properties of bearing parts, pressure
should be directly in the tight fit on the ring width, shall not be
passed on roller pressure, bearing installation commonly adopt the
following methods:
A. Pressure fit
Bearing inner ring and shaft tight fit, outer ring and bearing hole
is a loose fit, press the bearing to be pressed on the shaft are
available, and then put the shaft together with the bearing load
bearing hole, when pressed on the bearing inner ring end face,
cushion the assembling casing made of a soft metal material (copper
or mild steel).
When the bearing outer ring and the bearing hole are tight fit
together, the inner ring and shaft are relatively loose, and the
bearing can be pressed into the bearing hole. The outer diameter of
the assembly casing should be slightly less than the diameter of
the hole.
If the bearing ring and the shaft and the seat hole are tight fit,
the mounting of the inner circle and the outer ring should be
pressed into the shaft and the seat hole. The structure of the
assembly sleeve should be able to hold the inner circle and the end
surface of the outer ring simultaneously.
B. heating
By heating the bearing or bearing seat, the thermal expansion will
be used to fit the installation method of loose fitting. Is a
common and labor-saving installation method. This method is
suitable for interference quantity larger the installation of the
bearings, the bearing before hot charging type or separable bearing
ring into the fuel tank even heat 80-100 ℃, and then loaded on the
shaft, as soon as possible out of the oil to prevent inner ring
after cooling end face and the shoulder joint is not tight, bearing
axial fastening again after cooling. When the bearing outer ring is
tightly coupled with the light metal bearing seat, the hot loading
method of the heating bearing seat can be used to avoid the surface
chafing.
Heating tank with bearing and should be at a certain distance from
the bottom of a mesh, or hanging hooks in the bearings, bearing on
the bottom, in case of heavy impurities into the bearing or uneven
heating, fuel tank must have a thermometer, strictly control the
oil temperature shall not exceed 100 ℃, in order to prevent the
tempering effect, reduce the hardness of the ring.
