Brief Introduction:

The iqualitrol HQG-200B low-speed precision cutting machine is suitable for cutting small, soft, brittle, and irregularly shaped materials such as metals, composite materials, plastics, electronic components, biological materials, ceramics, cement, and rocks.

HQG-200B is also commonly used for the preparation of thin specimens, it uses weight-block gravity feed for straight cutting, automatically stopping once the cutting is completed.

HQG-200B equipped with a micrometer device, it allows adjustment of the specimen's cutting thickness. Controlled via a touchscreen, provides clear operation, and the cutting wheel speed is adjustable.

To prevent specimen damage due to overheating during cutting, the machine features a built-in movable cooling liquid tank. During the cutting process, the rotation of the diamond cutting blade carries cooling water, cooling both the cutting blade and the specimen material. After cutting, the specimen surface is bright, flat, and free of burns.
