The burner releases heat, which is first absorbed by the water wall
by radiative heat transfer. The water of the water wall boils and
vaporizes, and a large amount of steam enters the steam drum for
steam and water separation.
The separated saturated steam enters the superheater and continues
to absorb by convection. The flue gas heat at the top of the
furnace and the horizontal flue, the tail flue, and the superheated
steam reaches the required operating temperature.
It adopts gasification and combustion integrated rotary cutting air
distribution design to form fire-torn type gasification combustion
with a burning rate of over 90%. It adopts advanced glass fiber
silk cotton multi-layer insulation, which has low heat loss and low
energy consumption of built-in waste heat recovery system.
