our machine feature:
1. PET bottle moves into 3-in-1 water filling monobloc (Rinser-Filler-Capper) via air conveyor at the inlet area and then divided into equal interval with neck handling by infeed starwheel to get into rinser;
2. Rinser gripper receives the bottle neck and turns it over with mouth upside down, then rinser nozzle sprays chlorinated water and RO water orderly into empty bottle to wash the inner side wall; after being washed and drop dry, bottle will be turned over again with mouth upside and transferred to filler via starwheel
3. Lifting device of filler raises the bottle up along with guide rail to open the filling valve; product starts to flow into the bottle following the bottle wall and air at the same time exhausts out of the bottle from the middle vent tube; when the filling is completed, bottle is lowered down along with lifting cylinder to close the filling valve and then transmitted to capper via starwheel
4. Caps from cap chute are divided into certain distance by cap distributor, and then caught by capper head; capper head under the function of control cam lowers down to place the cap onto bottle mouth and starts to screw the cap with setting magnetic torque; after the bottle is sealed, capper head lifts up and PET bottles are transited from outfeed starwheel ( onto discharge conveyor, thus the whole process of rinsing, filling, and capping is finished

guidance.
The buyer can send staff to our company for learning.
3.Quality assurance
We guarantee the goods offered are brand-new, not used, with latest

We guarantee the line achieve product technical performance
indicators within 5 days after feeding operation through the
correct guidance of the installation and commissioning.

The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance check of the
production line. If there is any different between the furnished
equipment in the customer’s factory and the equipment concerned in
the contract, the users have the right to pass the inspection book
to the legal department to claim for compensation to our company

relevant parts and effective service for free for above reason. We
