  Sapphire material has high hardness (Moths 9), high melting point (2050℃) and good thermal stability, with wear resistance, corrosion resistance characteristics. And in the infrared spectrum, it has a high transmission rate, can be used in the wavelength range of 200 nm - 450 nm.

Extremely hard and has a good transmission from the ultraviolet to the mid infrared ideal for optical and high demanding mechanical applications. These windows and plates are used in analytical, medical instruments, camera systems, optical instruments and industrial applications.
