DTF Powder​ Description

This product is a thermoplastic polyurethane powder hot melt adhesive. It has excellent color stability, excellent resistance to yellowing; super high resilience, stretchability, and super soft feel. And it has excellent bonding properties to textiles.

DTF powder is an essential component in the DTF printing process, enabling the transfer of ink from a printed film to fabric. Its adhesive properties, combined with the application of heat and pressure, result in vibrant, durable prints on various types of fabrics.

TPU Powder DTF Powder is used in textiles and garments, heat transfer printing, heat transfer paste, flocking paste and bronzing paste.

The DTF powder acts as an adhesive and bonding agent, ensuring that the ink adheres to the substrate and providing vibrant and durable prints on various materials, such as fabrics, ceramics, plastics, and more.

The activation of the DTF powder occurs through the application of heat and pressure. After the film is placed on the fabric, a heat press or a similar device is used to apply heat and pressure to the entire surface. This process causes the DTF powder to melt and fuse with the fabric, effectively transferring the ink from the film to the fabric.
