Cosmetic Vacuum Planetary Mixer is an economical type mixer, is designed for small and medium scale cosmetic factory pharmaceutical factory. This device is mainly composed of water tank, oil tank, emulsifying tank, vacuum system, lifting system (optional), electric control, operation platform etc.
Performance and Feature:
1. Complex scpaer is suitable to every kind of complicated recipe and achieve optimizing effect.
2. PTFE scraping board caters to body of blending groove and scrape out viscosity material on boiler wall.
3. Homogenizer is installed on tank bottom to increase motor power more thoroughly and strongly. During few production, it can exert homogenizing effect fully.

Vacuum Planetary Mixer is composed of pre-mixing tank (water tank and oil tank), vacuum emulsifying tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, discharge system, electronic system and operating platform.

Vacuum emulsifying mixer series High shear homogenizer adopt most advanced technology for rotor and stator precise positioning, which is the core technology for emulsifying effect. The whole machine system adopts hydraulic lift style, frequency converter speed adjusting system, easy to operation and maintenance. Vacuum emulsifying main machine:
· Slow mixer 10-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Homogenizer 1150-3500rpm (rotor and stator can adjust space)
· Heating by steam or electricity
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

1. Homogenizer: it use Japan combined shearing mixer, which gets emulsification effect every time the homogenizer shears the material.

2. Homogenizing emulsifier: Suitable to mix many kinds of materials like cream, ointment. It is without dead corner, leaving no materials in the tank after discharge. Homogenizer can work long time continuously. automatic rising

3. Material suction and discharge function: it can be add materials from up side and down side, or separately.

4. Material suction from the bottom: small powder will suck by button control, to ensure the powder homogenize and emulsify evenly.

5. All-wave, no dead corner, choked flow, and stirring system: it increases the stirring speed and mixing effect.
