Vacuum Planetary Mixer description

Vacuum Emulsifier is non-standard designed and manufactured according to customer's production processing.

Vacuum emulsifying mixer series High shear homogenizer adopt most advanced technology for rotor and stator precise positioning, which is the core technology for emulsifying effect. The whole machine system adopts hydraulic lift style, frequency converter speed adjusting system, easy to operation and maintenance. The bi-direction material absorption system makes good homogenizing effect. This model is widely used in liquid chemical, cosmetics, food beverage, papermaking, daily products industry.

Vacuum emulsifying main machine:

· Slow mixer 10-40rpm with PTFE scraper
· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket 0.3Mpa for steam (standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head, discharging port, dustproof respirator.

Vacuum Planetary Mixer Advantage

The Vacuum Planetary Mixer has triple mixers, hydraulic lift lid, high-speed homogenizer (speed is 1150-3500r/min, frequency speed regulation). Fast-cutting vortex emulsification blender is used in the homogeneity part, which can scrape in a low speed and automatically blend and snuggle up to the bottom and wall of tank. The machine draws power material by the way of vacuum in order to prevent the powder flying. The whole working procedure is operated in the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material coming into being bubble after high- speed blending and reach the request of sanitation and asepsis. CIP cleaning system is equipped in this system.
