1. Machine Application:
The stenter machine is suitable for any fabric, such as wool, cotton, knitting, chemical fiber, garment fabric, industrial textile, even special military fabrics.
2. Process flow:
1) for woven fabrics
Feeding frame-> infra-red centering device-> two/three-bowl
slant padder-> pneumatic fabric tensioner-> photoelectric
weft straightener-> lower overfeeding-> upper
overfeeding-> infra-red selvedge-detection-> two/three-finger
uncurling-> pinning -> heat-setting chambers-> air
cooling-> tension adjustment-> water cooling->

2) for knitted fabrics
Feeding frame-> infra-red centering-> two-bowl oblique
padder-> pneumatic fabric tensioner-> four-roll weft
straightener-> lower overfeeding-> mechanical weft
straightener-> bow roller expanding-> upper overfeeding->
infra-red selvedge-detection-> three-finger uncurling and plate
uncurling -> brush overfeeding-> pinning -> extended
rail-> heat-setting chambers-> air cooling-> tension

3. Standard Features:
1) Width Adjustment System:
(A)Collective adjustment mode: The width can be adjusted through
the first one or two spindles driven by individual motor at the
entry of chamber, and the rest is driven by the long shaft.
(B)Individual adjustment mode:each spindle is driven by the
individual motor.
2) Hot Air Circulation System
The hot air fed into upper and lower nozzles is driver by two fans individually.The air volume for each layer can be adjusted according to the actual requirement.
3) Rail
The pin & clip assembly moving in stable and oil-free condition the graphite gliding strips which fixed with the rail.
