Different from the traditional reciprocation straight knife board,the F series crusher machine adopts new technology - use rotating twisted knives design, adopt international leading oblique knob scroll meet the shear design of point moving knife and fixed knife,continuous high-speed shear so as to achieve the final crushing demand.
Advantage
Compared with the traditional funnel type sponge machine, Joful Textile shredder / crusher machine adopts conveyor belt feeding mode, which is more uniform and safe. The size of the particle size can be adjusted by changing the mesh screen.
Feed the blower to prevent the feeding of the plug. The circuit is protected by thermal overload, even if the machine is jammed which is not burn the motor.
The process of machine working

installation. For simple model we offer drawing/assembly videos for

4. Warranty - Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
