The Joful Scrap Metal Shredder Machine is specially designed for shred thick/hard materials. It's designed both can shred both metal scraps and aluminum scraps,the machine equipped with magnetic separation system,so you no need to worry the shredded metal and aluminum will be mixed together. The mixed metal scrap and aluminum scrap can be feed into shredding chamber together,then together come out after be shredded,then go through the magnetic separation conveyor belt,after that the shredded metal and shredded aluminum will be separate into different groups

The capacity is customizable ,the claw number, diameter and the thickness of the blade is decided to the crushing material and the discharging size,the machine capacity is decided to the different crushing material and the discharging size.

We choose different brand & power motors and reducer base on the materials you need to shred & capacity request. And we design the diameter&thickness of blade ,as well as the craws on blade base on your requirement on discharging material size . • a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
• b. If necessary we also support abroad installation

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
