The knives of four shaft shredder use imported high-quality alloy steel,with high strength,good toughness,not easy to break .Shaft adopt a special material processed by CNC machine, with high strength,good toughness,not easy to out of shape

Shredding room adopt large thickness,high strength,wear resistance of steel.The whole crushing room was finished by CNC machine,with high precision,easy dis-assembly,repair,maintenance,long life. Electrical system adopts PLC program,features start, stop, reverse functions along with automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts.

Same as double shaft shredder, the Four shaft Drum Shredder is also normally used for coarse shredding . It can shred big size waste into small pieces for more easy reprocessing, storage and transportation, creating new value from reusable wastes. The Advantage of four shaft shredder is that the final output size can be more smaller than materials from double shaft shredder and more higher torque

• a. Almost whole set machine delivery out, very simple for clients to install by themselves and we also offer installation drawing
• b. If necessary we also support abroad installation

4. Our guarantee period is 12 months. Within the guarantee period the broken parts (excluding quick-wear parts) can be exchanged with our new parts if it is not caused by human factors. And technicians are available for solving big problems overseas(this situation never happened ). Beyond the guarantee period the broken parts dispatched are charged at cost price.
