Twill Weave ISO 9001:2008 Certification Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Filter Screen For Mining

The stainless steel twill weave mesh is made by passing each closed steel wire alternately up and down through two warp threads. The pattern is staggered on the subsequent warp, providing a parallel diagonal appearance. Twill weave mesh allows the use of relatively heavier threads in a specific mesh number than is possible in plain weave mesh. This kind of net has a wide range of application trends and can support larger loads and finer filtering.

Twill weave stainless steel mesh has corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. It can be used as a filter or screening component and plays an important role in chemical, petroleum, mining, food processing and other industries.

Materials: 302, 304, 304L, 310, 316, 316L, 321, 410, 410L, 430, 904L, super duplex stainless steel, duplex stainless steel or custom.
Width: 0.5-1.5 meters.
Roll length: 30 meters roll or can be customized.
Surface treatment: pickling and passivation, polishing.
