Our polyester material yarn imported from Japan,Switzerland,and then we will inspect the yarn again ,for example we will test the tolerance of the yarn ,the tension strength of the yarn ,and physics test and so on!

Before production ,we will warping the yarn and drawing the heddle ,and then drawing in reed.

And then after production ,we will recehck if the mesh count is accurate,and check the thickness if up to standard,and also will check the thread diameter and hole size ,and other elongation test ,tension test!

When packing we will also cut the poor quality cut ,this is the reason our mesh roll not all is 50m or 100m.
