Good Service For All Polyester Mesh Used For Electronic Industry Screen Printing
Polyester screen printing information details:
1. Screen Thickness The thickness of the screen refers to the distance between the surface of the screen and the bottom surface, typically measured in millimeters (mm) or micrometers (um). The thickness should be the measured value when the screen is left in a state of no tension. The thickness is determined by the diameter of the screen mesh, and the amount of ink passing through the screen is related to the thickness.
2, the opening of the screen The opening of the screen is used to
describe the important parameters of the screen hole width,
aperture, mesh size. The opening degree of the screen has a great
influence on the fineness of the screen print pattern and the text.
The degree of opening actually represents the width of the mesh,
expressed as the square root of the area of the mesh surrounded by
the warp and weft of the net (usually in microns, 1 micron = 1/1000
mm). Therefore, the longer the length of one side of the mesh, the
larger the opening. However, the same degree of opening, due to the
different materials and methods of operation of the woven screen,
the printing effect is also good or bad.
Polyester screen printing features:
(1) Slow elasticity. The screen is deformed by an external force,
and the external force is removed, and the performance of the
original shape can be restored after a considerable period of time.
(2) Antistatic properties. The screen resists the performance of
static generation or accumulation.
(3) Wear resistance. The screen is resistant to external wear and
tear. Generally, it is expressed by the number of times the sample
is repeatedly rubbed and broken, or by the degree of change in
appearance, strength, thickness, weight, etc. after a certain
number of times of grinding.
