1. Make sure machine is clean before running;
2. Add lubricating oil to sliding parts regularly;
3. Check the tightness of fixed screws periodically;
4. Please clean the machine and filter box dust after operation per day;
5. It is necessary to add rust preventing oil to blades and shaft and cover with cloth, in case of stopping using the machine.

1. Suitable for V-scored panels;
2. Available for different width panel, no limit on PCB length;
3. Use PLC, easy to operate;
4. English software;
5. There is total capacity and daily capacity record;
6. Has a counter function, stop working when it reach the setting capacity;
7. Has auto-alarm device;
8. Use 2 rows of blade sets for depaneling to realize multipieces singulation to improve capacity;
9. Safty device. Machine will alarm and stop working if safty cover is open during depaneling. But it works under testing mode;
10. 2 rows of blades could be adjusted 0-4mm in horizontal direction, 0-7.5mm in vertical direction;
11. Has conveyor for landing to send the boards to next process to avoid manual damage from picking;
12. Tail of conveyor height is adjustable for next processing;
13. Conveyor landing speed and blade speed is adjustable;
14. Circular blades could be re-sharpened.
