1. Start the leveling machine or material frame on the stamping
production line and let it slowly feed the NC feeder.
2. Adjust the position of the two stopper wheels on the NC feeder
according to the width of the coil, so that the width of the
stopper wheel matches the width of the coil, taking care not to
hinder the operation of the coil.
3. Lift the loose handle of the NC feeder, place the coil between
the upper and lower rollers, press the release handle, loosen the
fastening screw of the material thickness adjustment handle, and
adjust the handle up and down to ensure that the relaxation bracket
has a swing clearance of about 5 mm. Then tighten the fastening
screws of the handle.
4. Press the inch button and the material is introduced into the
mold.
5. adjust the pressure spring (the working principle of the
pressure spring is to apply pressure to the upper roller, so that
the upper roller can press the material, and the coil is sent out)
pressure, so that the coil will not slip when passing through the
NC, if the coil material When the thickness becomes larger, the
pressure should be increased.
6. Enter the feeding length on the operation panel of the NC feeder, and then set the corresponding feeding speed according to the
actual production demand of the stamping to ensure that it is
synchronized with the punching machine.
7. When the leading pin tip of the punching die enters the guide
pin hole, adjust the loose screw to the bearing that touches the
loose bracket until the coil is loosened and the screw nut is
locked.
8. Adjust the start feeding signal of the NC feeder by adjusting
the rotating cam of the punching machine (starting the feeding
signal, which is the angle at which the punching crankshaft starts
feeding). The recommended angle is 9:00 to 3:00 (240-90).
9. After the setting is completed, the single-action punching
machine will observe the discharge length and appearance with one
stroke feeding, and adjust to the required standard.
10. After confirming the above work, press the automatic button
press line to continuously produce.
