Autoamatic corn doritos / tortilla chip (Doritos) snack making machine adopts corn/maize powder as raw material , which are cut into wedges and then fried .

Corn doritos / tortillas chips are made of corn, vegetable oil, salt and water. Though usually made of yellow corn , they can also be made of white, blue, or red corn. After frying and flavoring, we get very crunchy triangle chips which are popular with children and adult.

Normally shapes have triangle chip , hexagon chip and round chip shape by change the sheeting roller with related extrude moulds /dies .

a. Raw Materials: Corn /Maize flour is raw material , also add some rice flour , wheat flour ,salt , sugar ,water etc together to mix , then extrude and sheeting to need shapes , then through frying machine to fry , last flavoring with need flaovring powder ; or directly eat dip sauce ,chili or somethings , more crispy and delicious .

b. Products: This line can be used to produce bugles, Doritos chips, snacks, cereals by adjusting the moulds from extruder;

c. Capacity: 120-150kg/h , 200 -250kg /h , 300-400kg/h.
