* Delta VFD( variable-frequency driver ) drives main shaft (Zshft) and panasonic servo driver & motor control the saddle (X shaft ) and roller

* Running state detection and prompt,shows clearly the machine running state

* Automatic lubrication system ( that works on anti friction component, ball screw and linear guideway ) enables labor saving and long life of the machine.

* Larger diameter of main shaft and needle bar shaft ensures the stable performance during the machine working in high speed.

* Newly updated software enables quick design changing of operation.

* Optional : slitting system. precisely slitting after quilting for making mattress tape.

* Automatic stop when up or bottom thread is broken, and both up and down safety infrared protection.

* Optional : 0.5 inch needle distance, capable of making more patterns.
