1. It uses the vertical layout; the boiler structure is compact and covers small area,
which has simple requirements for the boiler room.

the normal temperature
condition, 3-5 minutes can generate steam.

1. The “Once-through steam boiler” is formed by the designed and
arrayed long tubes.
2. The feed water pump provides water from one side of the tube,and
the water becomes the needed steam from the upper box after flowing
heating water section, evaporating section and superheating section
in the tube. It is different from vertical water tube natural
circulation boiler.
3. It does not have drum. This kind of boiler is composed of boiler
host(including the upper and lower box and tubes) and the outside
steam-water separator, water pump, combustor.
