Feature:


The expanding process is the most important step in producing EPS cushioning

and thermal insulation material.
If large quantity and uniformity of products can be produced in unit time,

it will reduce costs of material and energy to a large extent.
To shorten cycler time, reduce steam consumption and produce high quality products,

This type of pre-expanding machine is designed with below-discharging,

which avoids material extrusion or deform of discharging door

and could save much more energy.
The material weighing system minimizes volume variations

through the use of a load cell and indicator.
A level master sensor maintains an exact rise of

expanding material reducing density variations through the expanding.
Heat controller is applied during discharge of the vessel to reduce water entertainment,

eliminating thermal shock and creating energy savings.
If there is an electrical interruption during the expansion cycle,

steams is cut-off and air is automatically aplied to the expander chamber,

preventing freezing up of EPS particles.
Our new advanced touch screen control system allows easy operation,

it also has self checking, warning, position indicating and troubleshooting system.
