Applications:

High pressure fitting is widely used in the hydraulic and fluid conveying system of machinery,

oilfield, mine, building, transportation and other industries.

Technology: Hot forging

Material: carbon steel 45# or Stainless steel 304/316

Surface: zinc plated (trivalent chromium plating). The plating for hydraulic hose fitting is zinc with Cr +3.
It not only can reduce pollution obviously and save pollution treatment cost, but also can improve the quality of fitting.
It passes a 96 h salt spray test in accordance with ASTM B 117.

The top level crimping machines with brand of Finn-Power is introduced to factory, as well as very high speed frozen braiding machines. Production lines are composed of complex extruding, winding, filming coating techniques; materials are treated strictly in a method programmed automatically by computers. Besides, measurements, adjustment, verification are also controlled in the same system.

Already invested much in research, and laboratory equipment, Paishun uses vulcanization testing device, aging testing chest, tensile, pressure, abraision testing machines, to ensure the effective quality control, from raw materials, till the end product.
