No longer traditional rubber production, Paishun is able to improve the accuracy to 0.1 gram on rubber formulation, by working with some high-tech laboratories. Meanwhile, rubber formulations continue to be updated, and new formulations are brought into production. Another accuracy is that the hose ID and OD reach up to 0.1mm, by using the infrared-ray controlled device on hose extruding machine. The top level crimping machines with brand of Finn-Power is introduced to factory, as well as very high speed frozen braiding machines. Production lines are composed of complex extruding, winding, filming coating techniques; materials are treated strictly in a method programmed automatically by computers. Besides, measurements, adjustment, verification are also controlled in the same system.

Already invested much in research, and laboratory equipment, Paishun uses vulcanization testing device, aging testing chest, tensile, pressure, abraision testing machines, to ensure the effective quality control, from raw materials, till the end product. Service of customizing the products is all available. Quality control systems of ISO9001 and TS16949 have fully verified the factory. Over 20 certificates have been obtained, like ISO3821, RoHS, REACH, cUPC, KTW, NSF.

From design, draw, produce, to QC, pack and deliver, each step full of details is made with accuracy.
