A spring is arranged between an end face of the piston rod and the valve plate. The end face of the piston rod is in elastic connection with the valve plate. Hydraulic pressure or pneumatic force is used as a starting force so that opening speed is fast, resistance coefficient is small, opening and closing time is short, sealing performance reliability is good, the rubber ring plays a role of protecting the angle type mud valve and a hole penetrating through the piston rod is preventing from becoming bigger
