The tension generate by servo controlled tensiner is very much more stable and consistence,by replacing the spring and tension arm to change its value, this product comes with tension feedback stabilization system that can automatically tension stable equilibrium.compare with mechanical or magnetic type.

Tension can be set from 2g to 800g,it depends on the model.

Servo motor and control system are all packed within the body,SF series is solid and compact in design.

It operates with DC36V electric power.

The servo tensioner uses a DC Servo Motor and a Drive as a active wire feeding mechanism.

E,It can directly adjust the parameters of motor and the working angle of tension arm by connecting the

USB interface of tensioner with PC software. It is suitable for winding various coil products of various winding machines.
