Main Structure:
- Pulping System: Turn waste paper, such waste carton, used newspaper, into pulp of certain consistency. Main equipment: hydrapulper, pulp tanks, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, etc.
- Forming System: When adjusting the pulp consistency, the pulp will go to the forming machine. With the help of vacuum and compressed air, the products will be formed on the moulds.
- Drying System: After forming, the worker takes netting plates to catch the wet products and put on the trollies and dry under the sunshine. (can also be dried by metal drying line or drying house)
