XD-620 six axis high speed CNC spring coiling machine applied in springs of wire diameter 0.5mm to 2.0mm, and has a very wide range of applications in the industrial field, which is aimed to manufacture all type of precision compression springs like coil springs, tower or tip springs, convex or concave springs, equal or unequal pitch springs and reducing springs, etc. At the same time, some simple torsion springs and tension springs can also be produced.

It is developed on basis of traditional two axis spring coiler and which has totally equiped six axis to work synchronously or separately, including one wire feed servo motor, two cutter servo motors, one spring OD control servo motor, one arbor control (back and forth) servo motor and one pitch control servo motor. More importantly, it is capable of high speed, high precision and stability, very practical and easy to operate.

◇ Spring outside diameter directly adjusted by servo, arbor can move back and forth with also servo contro.

◇ Faster change over of left and right hand spring.

◇ Computer with USB interface, operator can upload file or parameters on their own.

◇ Prodution rate can be increased or decreased at any time of operation.

◇ Compared with traditional two axis spring coiler, it largely save user's time in product adjustment and tooling set up.
