1. Application

This product is to being laid on power transmission and distribution line with 50Hz alternative current and 0.6/1.0KV rated voltage,which is applied to the range of distribution network,industrial equipment,etc. It is generally applied to the fields including substation, construction, mines, metallurgy, petrochemical industry for transmission and distribution electric energy. For laying indoor, tunnel, cable trench and underground.

PVC Cable High Temp Silicone Rubber Electric Wire not only has excellent electric, mechanic properties, but also has powerful resistance chemical corrosion, antiaging and long life. Voltage grade is up to 26/35kv, crosssection area is up to 630 sqmm ( copper or aluminum conductor). The core number of conductor is from 1 to 5. Conductor longtime operating temperature is 90 degrees. In short circuit, conductor highest temperature should be not more than 250 degrees.

This product is manufactures by SV method,the straight-chain polyethylene will be changed as network structure,which transformed thermoplastics material into thermosetting material.
The product has good performance on electrical characteristic,heat resistance,chemical resistance,environmental stress cracking resistance and aging resistance,all of which make the cable have a long useful life.
The product has a simple structure,short production period,easy installation and maintenance and no limit for head drop during the cable laying.
