2017 new five-roll Rubber calender made in China
1. application
It is used for calendering of rubber or plastics, fabric
fractioning and composite of rubber or plastics.
2. features
1. The rollers are made of chilled alloy cast iron with bored
cavities and can be heated by steam or cooled by water homogenously
to meet different requirements.
2. Their ground working surfaces are smooth, hard wear-resistant.
3. The top roll has a crown compensation for the bending of the
rolls, so the thickness of product is uniform along the width.
4. The connecting gears and the planetary gear reducer are
integrated.
5. The friction ratio of rolls can be easily changed only by
turning the friction ratio changer to meet the different
requirements of topping, fractioning and calendaring sheet.
6. The whole machine is of compact design, low noise and long
service life.
7. The rolls and output shaft of gear box are connected by tooth
coupling, so the rolls run smoothly, which is favorable for the
product quality.
8. The machine is driven by DC motor with SCR, its working linear
speed can be steplessly adjusted within a specified wide range of
various uses.
9. The emergency stopper is provided to stop the machine in an
emergency. Accessories such as let-off unit and wind-up device are
provided.

3- Features:
A - The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and
titanium alloys. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. To heat up or
cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or
centrally bored so as to make temperature well proportioned on the
roll surface.
B- The rolls are arranged in I, and L forms. The upper rolls have
roll cambers that can eliminate bending impact on rolls during
working process. Thus, it is possible to make products with same
thickness along axial direction
C- The transmission system adopts a hard facing gear reducer, which
has a compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency,
lower noise and longer service life.
D- The machine is equipped with emergency device. When an emergent
accident occurs, the calendar will be immediately stopped to open
the roll space so as to protect the operator and equipment.

9. Commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T
before shipment
2. Lead Time: 120 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the
buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges one or two technicians will
be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer
requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.

(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one
person.
