2. Quick Detail:
Calendar adopts lower feeding and upper discharging;
Roller 1~2# is chilled alloy drilled roll, surface is plated with
hard chrome and then grinded;

- Calendar adopts lower feeding and upper discharging; roller Dia:
Ф510㎜,roller surface width: 1500mm; drill oil heating; calender
linear velocity: 5~30m/min;
- Roller 1~2# is chilled alloy drilled roll, surface is plated with
hard chrome and then grinded; plating thickness is 0.1mm,hardness
is HS68~72°,smoothness is up to▽10; roller 3#,4#,5# are forging
alloy roll, inspection treatment; surface is plated with hard
chrome; plating thickness is 0.15mm,hardness HRC58~60°,smoothness
is up to▽12; surface temperature is not less than 230℃,error is
±1℃;roller 1~5# adopt surrounding drilling; surface is plated with
hard chrome with no pinholes; roller has polishing and degassing
after accurate grinding;
- Calendar bearing adopts four- column high precision bearing;
bearing foundation adopts nodular cast iron which is made by Bei
Jing bearing factory;
- The transmission power of roller 1#and 5# is 37KW,other 2#,3#,4# is
45KW; main and auxiliary machine can get linkage, also can get part
speed adjustment; roller 5# is equipped with emergency open device
when blackout, UPS need to be bought by buyer; calendar is driven
by AC motor, inverter adopts ABB brand,other electric appliances
adopts domestic brands; calender is controlled by touch screen;
gearbox is double output gear box made by Jiang Yin Gearbox
factory;
- Gap adjustment device:roller 1#,2#,3#and 5# are gap adjusted by
double speed motor;
- Roller 4# is equipped with crossing device,regulating variable is
20mm,adjusting speed is 3mm/min; actuating device:both ends adopts
worm gear transmission;
- Roller 5# is equipped with preloading device
- Calendar rack is welded with 36mm steel plate, heat treatment and
finish machining; inner wall thickness of end surface and rack is
14.5㎝,rack thickness is 30㎝,rack is covered with stainless steel;
- Roller bearing lubrication adopts thin oil forced circle
lubrication device, providing for roller bearing and bend
bearing,autocycle,two pumps system(working and standby),pressure
protection,lubricating oil automatically temperature
control(automatic heating and cooling), oil temperature thermal
protection, working pump and spare pump can cutover when running;
- Having 5 sets of heating system,and each roller has one set,
heating power is 60KW,oil pump motor power is 7.5KW,the highest
heating temperature is 230℃,precision:±1℃;
- Stop gauge:set between roller1# and 2#,motor gearbox drives screw
and nut to make striker plate move; both ends can get single action
and linkage; striker plate connected with roller is made of copper;
screw rod is covered in rack when moving;
- Emergency application:rack is equipped with four emergency stop
switch, and operating floor is equipped with one; roller rotation
is less than 90°when emergency stop(non-loaded and highest
speed)roller opens gap in high speed;
- Producing PVC Sheet thickness: 0.08~0.85mm, 0.08~0.1mm
±6%(±0.005),0.1~0.25mm ±5%(±0.01),0.25~0.5 ±4%(±0.015),0.5~0.85mm

- Ten discharge rollers,four are installed in rack, and six are
installed on rack; up lifting 1#,3#,5#,7#,9#,discharge roller
lifting adopts mechanical screw rod lifting, the gap between
discharge rollers is 5mm, the gap between the first discharge
roller and roller 5# is 5mm; specification of discharge roller
isΦ150mm×1500mm,jacketed;
- Transmission adopts gearbox and cardan joint; discharge roller is
divided into three transmission(the first group is one roller, the
second group is 4 rollers, the third group is 5 rollers),discharge
roller motor three groups transmission, the power of each group is
2.2KW;
- Discharge roller is plated with hard chrome and then sand blasting,
equipped with three groups of heating water cooling device, and
controlled by solenoid valve; gearbox must have gear grinding to
ensure steady precision; linear velocity: 5~60m/min;
- Auxiliary machine cooling roller specification:
318mm×1500mm,surface is plated with hard chrome, chrome thickness
is 0.06mm, 16 in total,jacketed;
- Cooling device is equipped with three groups of transmission, motor
power is 3.7KW; the first and second group is 5 transmission, the
third group is 6 transmission; one side of cooling roller adopts
cardan joint and screw rod lifting; the other side is covered with
aluminum sheath, olive type, edge keep 20㎝ for lacing film,the gap
between cooling rollers is 10mm,linear velocity is 5~60m/min.the
gap between the first cooling roller to the last discharge roller
is 5mm.
- Three groups of cooling roller adopt heating water cooling device,
controlling water flow by solenoid valve; adding 4 leading roller
between cooling roller to auxiliary machine;
- In edge cutting device, three knives can be up and down adjusted; 2
groups of waste rolling device,4 windings with positive and
negative switch,4 motors;
- Steel roller in draw gear is plated with hard chrome and has
accurate grinding, rubber roller adopts Buna-N rubber, driven by AC
motor, motor power is 3.7KW.
- Double-station center coiling, coil stock Dia isΦ600mm,coiling
width is 1200mm,linear velocity is 5~60m/min,driven by torque
motor, tension adjustable,coiling bearing adopts swelling
bearing,specification: Ф74mm×1300mm, electric coiling, manual
cropping, maximum coiling weight is 150Kg film,adopting cylinder
loading

9. Commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T
before shipment
2. Lead Time: 120 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the
buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges one or two technicians will
be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer
requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.
(1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket
(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one
person.
(4) An interpreter is needed.
6. Spare parts:
Spare parts for one year are needed for the customers, and we
suggest that customers should buy the spare parts. (Fittings list
will be provided.)
7. English manual, Figuration drawing, and footing drawings are
