The space between 1#, 2# and 4# roller are adjusted by 3 sets of double speed motors which drive the gear boxes;

3#roller has axes cross equipment and pullback equipment, electric adjusting the space, hydraulic lock, the max. cross ±25mm

Use 4sets of 6 grade high precision hard tooth gear boxes, low noise, long working life (normal use ≧50000 hours), drive by cardan shaft. The speed of every roller can adjust conveniently;

4#roller equipped with side cutting part to cut the overflowing material cover on the roller and let it back to the 4-roller calendering machine;

Eurotherm brand (England) DC controller;

With independent thin oil lubrication system, the drive motor can just operate after the lubrication station start;

With emergency stop equipments in 4 directions;

The bracket is jointed with the steel board, high temp. backfire treatment;

3. Other terms:

• Delivery period: totally 8 months after the contact is confirmed;
• Payment: 30% of the total amount by T/T in advance as down payment, 70% of total amount by L/C;
• Spare parts: The seller supplies one set of valueless vulnerable parts for free. The seller also suggest that the buyer buy one set of several spare parts for storage one year’s operation. The seller will show the list of spare parts to the buyer for his choose before delivery.
• Exterior and color: Exterior and color of the machines are based on the seller’s standard. Off course we can produce according to buyer’s shade-guide;
• Electric power: The quotation above is based on 380V/50Hz. There will be some additional fee and extended producing time for custom-built electric power requirements
• Warranty period:
  1. Machines: one year after successful debugging;
  2. Electrical components: 6 months after successful debugging;
• Debugging service aboard: The seller sends four technical workers (or more as buyer’s request) to the place which appointed by the buyer for instructing the debugging service;
  1. The seller is in charge of the fee cost in China but except for the visa charge.;
  2. The buyer is in charge of the fee cost aboard and the visa charge. This fee includes but not limited as below:
• Flight fee for cruise;
• Traffic, meal and living fee during evection;
• Allowance(manpower fee) USD 80.00 for one person one day
• Transporter: The buyer should hire a translator for convenient communication. Otherwise the seller will send an additional translator. The buyer should be in charge of this cost (refer to a~d).high temp. backfire treatment;
