How does ultrasonic cleaning work
Ultrasonic cleaning is to use the social, acceleration and direct
flow effects of ultrasound in liquids to directly and indirectly

ultrasonic cleaners currently used, cavitation and direct flow are
more widely used.
(1) Cavitation: Cavitation is the transmission of ultrasonic waves
to a liquid by means of a high-frequency transformation of
compressive force and decompressive interaction of more than 20,000
times per second. Under the action of depressurization, the
phenomenon of vacuum nuclear group bubbles is generated in the
liquid. When the compressive force is applied, the vacuum nuclear
group bubbles are crushed under pressure to generate a strong
impact force, thereby removing the dirt on the surface of the
object to be cleaned, thereby achieving precision. Wash purpose.
In the ultrasonic cleaning process, the bubbles visible to the
naked eye are not vacuum nuclear group bubbles, but air bubbles,
which inhibit the cavitation and reduce the cleaning efficiency.
Only when the air bubbles in the liquid are completely removed, the
cavitation vacuum nucleus bubbles can achieve the best results.
(2) the effect of direct flow: the phenomenon that ultrasonic waves
flow in the liquid along the direction of sound propagation is
called direct flow. When the sound wave intensity is 0.5W / cm2,
the naked eye can see the straight flow, and the flow is
perpendicular to the vibration surface, and the flow rate is about
10cm / s. Through this direct flow, the micro oily dirt on the
surface of the object to be cleaned is stirred, and the cleaning
solution on the dirt surface also generates convection. The
dissolved solution that dissolves the dirt is mixed with the new
liquid, which accelerates the dissolution rate, and it is very
difficult to transport the dirt Great effect.
(3) Acceleration: The acceleration generated by liquid particles.
For high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machines, the cavitation
