Anilox roller ultrasonic cleaner is a branch of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. In flexographic printing, the anilox roller evenly transfers a certain amount of ink to the printing plate. If the dirt or the like is clogged, affecting the quality of the printing and the normal use of the anilox roller, it must be cleaned in time.

During cleaning, the anilox roller slowly rotates, and the high-frequency ultrasonic transducer in the liquid pool starts to vibrate. Due to this vibration and the continuous rotation of the roller body, the micro-bubbles in the liquid continuously approach the roller body, and the bursting continues continuously. Vibration, under the action of ultrasonic waves, constantly impacts the roll body and the ink residue hidden in the depth of the cell cavity, so that the ink residue in the cell cavity is constantly shaken and fallen off, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning.

The time control of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is very important, because the longer the ultrasonic emission time, the more likely it is to damage the surface of the anilox roll and the wall of the cell. At present, ultrasonic cleaning machines in many countries in Europe and America have pretreatment systems. Generally speaking, the safe cleaning time for ensuring that the anilox roller is not damaged is not more than 5 minutes. In actual operation, it is necessary to adjust according to different anilox rollers.
