Performance characteristics of H Fin Tube:
1) Using H-type finned tube economizer instead of plain tube economizer can increase the heat exchange
area and reduce the number of tube arrangement, so as to increase the cross section of flue gas flow,
reduce the flue gas speed and wear.
2) H-type finned tube can be made into double H-type finned tube, which has good structural rigidity and
can be used in the case of long tube row.
3) H-type finned tube economizer adopts in-line arrangement. H-type fins divide the space into several
small areas, which has the function of flow equalizing and greatly reduces the wear
4) Due to the straight channel formed on both sides of h-fin, the best soot blowing effect can be obtained.
5) The space is compact, the overall weight is greatly reduced, and the cost is reduced
6) Energy saving and low power consumption: the economizer used in the generator unit can reduce the
heat loss of the exhaust gas of the generator by at least two thirds, and the power consumption per ton of
