Polyester Screen Printing Mesh

Our polyester mesh are widely used for both screen printing and filtration.

1) Polyeser screen printing mesh used for Tshirt/Garment/textile printing

Tshirt printing is very popular in America and Europe market, more than 70% polyester screen printing mesh exported to America and Europe used for Tshirt printing. From 20mesh to 355mesh is the most popular specifications.

The Textile printing is most popular in South Asia, the most popular items is 77T and 54T, and 90" 128" or 144" is the popular width.

2) Polyester screen printing mesh used for circuit board printing

The most popular item used for PCB is 120T-34, which is widely used in East Asia market. The PCB printing have more strictly demand than other products printing. High tesnion, more clean and smooth surface, etc.

4. How to choose mesh?

Ink manufactures and every screen printer on earth has their own ideas as to what mesh should be used. We will give you our idea of mesh count usage, but feel free to make your own list.

To assist you in making your own list, think of mesh this way.

Light color material needs less ink layer to cover, so use higher mesh counts.

Darker color materials need a thicker ink layer, so use lower mesh counts.

Remember, thicker ink layers require more cure time,the reverse is also true.

Printers using a manual press should stay between 38 and 125, maybe 158 mesh. Any mesh higher than say 196 requires a lot of strength to push the ink through. Now automatic press owners, can use the full range of mesh counts, and should use them.
