New Design of Alloy Gym Equipment Weight Stack Pin & Weight Machine Pins

In order to make a new design of weight machine pins , we tried to work out a special way of creating ,firstly it was supposed to be thought out by thinking of feeling for hands because only position of hands means the caps of the parts to be shown the beauty and it is more easier to be designed more beautifully soon.

Then we made the caps bigger and longer as well . but actually big size of cap is not so good when you handle it , so the point of attention became to be on the length of the cap ,the three fingers were more confortable when they are placed to be on longer distance than closer especially for people with big hands. that was a small success of design by the cap adjustment .

Actually the diameter of caps was also redesigned into little bit smaller ,the thumb is the only finger presses on the top of the cap ,so a big cap is not suitable for using , so we modified the diameter of the cap from 70mm into 60mm which to be more closer to a great feeling in the hands.

We Rapid Health Technology Co.,Ltd. was established by another name Rapid Fitness Equipment Parts Co Ltd. in 2008 , we earlier had been a known factory which not named 6years before , now since 2008 , we became to be engaged in gym equipment parts to support some of our international buyers for their early new companies.
