600g Black Vermiculite Coated Fiberglass Fabric For Welding Blanket

This black vermiculite coated fiber glass cloth is woven from texturized e-glass fiber yarns which has good chemical resistance and fireproofing. It is 100% fiberglass fabric coated with vermiculite solution made of plate-like mineral crystals. This non-flammable coating acts like armor when heat strikes the fabric, causing the heat to travel across the fabric rather than through it, protecting the fiber glass from the heat source. This coated fiberglass fabric is capable of withstanding a temperature of 1100℃.

Vermiculite coating improve abrasion resistance, which acts as armor to the fiberglass, providing better resistance to direct fire. Common application of this high temperature fabric is welding protection, furnace curtains, pipe wrapping materials, expansion joints, heat shield, machinery protection, removable flange and valve exhaust blanket, stress relief and more.
