This UPSE-8732D80 is 3732 fiberglass base cloth which is coated
with 80g/m2 grey silicone coating on two sides. The base fiber
glass cloth can withstand 550℃ continuously. While silicone coating
can withstand temperature below 260℃.
Silicone coated fiberglass fabric is the most flexible, trackable, and wear resistant fabric. It is made
from e-glass woven fiber glass fabric, with properties such as
dimensional stability, durability and great tensile strength. Base on silicone coating's properties, this coated fiber glass cloth are always used for
fire/welding blanket/curtain, fabric expansion joints/fabric
ductwork connector, jacketed vessel insulation covers/exchanger
insulation covers and other engineer thermal insulation
application.
Yarn type of 3732 fabric is e-glass G37 1/0 0.7Z fiberglass yarn.
Total weight is 590g/m2. 430g/m2+80g/m2 coating per side.
