50Hz Silent type generator set:

The silent type generator set in accordance with ISO standards, And in conformity with the safety requirements and environmental requirements of relevant work environment of the current and pending legal, JINFA generator sets are all pass the strict test, can run under the most demanding working conditions.

Performance feature:

• Low noisy leveland environment-friendly

1. The muffler is installed inside the silent enclosure.

2. All doors and movable fixtures are designedto minimize vibration, reduce vibration noise.

3. The soundproof enclosure is designed as an acoustic chamber to reduce noise by 15-35dB(A)

4. A longer air filter intake hose is used to keep the low frequency noise down.

• Weatherproof and excellent anti-corrosion performance

1. Enclosure body is made from special treated steel sheet, and powder coated.

2. All locks, fasteners and hinges are zing stainless steel material.

3. 2mm thickness Cold-Roll Steel Sheet treated by grit blast SA 2 1/2.

•Safe operation

1. Control panel view window mounted with special glass, easy to monitor the generator working status.

2. Emergency stop button mounted outside of canopy.

3. Cooling fan and battery charging alternator fully guarded.

4. Exhaust silencing pipes totally enclosed for operator safety, against scald.

•Easy maintenance design

1. Two doors on each side.

2. Big space inside of silent canopy, especially for big power generator, people can come into the canopy.

3. Top hinged doors provide a shelter when open.

4. Lube-oil and cooling water drains popped to exterior of the canopy.
