PF series impact crusher is the new developed impact crusher in our company. We work together with advanced domestic/ foreign R&D department after researching the gravel industry and mining conditions in China. It adopts the latest manufacturing techniques and unique structural design. The finished products are cubes, which are nice granular shape and without tension crack. This kind of crusher can be used as the class II crushing plant or fine crushing plant for gravel production line.
PF impact crusher is mainly made of chassis, rotor, impact rack and motor, etc. The rotor has a greater rotational inertia with low power consumption. It uses high chrome blow bar (Mn13, Cr2) which is shock resistance and wear resistance. By this way it extends the using life of wearing parts effectively.

Working principle:
