Product Description:

The 200-ton gantry hydraulic press adopts a three-bea four-column structure consisting of an

upper beam,a slider, a worktable, a column, a master cylinder, a hydraulic power system, and an

electrical system.
The upper beam, slider and workbench are made of high-quality steel plates. After welding,

high-frequency vibration eliminates welding stress. The hydraulic machine column is made of

high-quality 45# steel,with medium-frequency quenching and chrome plating. The tonnage of the

pressing machine of the hydraulic
press is realized by a piston cylinder. The cylinder body is of high quality forged steel. The

surface of the piston rod is treated with medium frequency quenching, which has high hardness

and long service life.
The main seal of the cylinder is made of high quality seals to ensure reliable sealing. T-slots are

provided on the table and slider of the hydraulic press to facilitate the user'smold installation
