Paper Cup Sleeve Machine Equipment Introduction

Model JBZ-DW100 Paper Cup/Bowl Sleeve Forming & Wrapping Machine is an automatic equipment to make a second-wall sleeve over the inner-cup/bowl(cup/bowl finished by paper cup/bowl machine ), wear a sleeve around the paper cup/bowl .

It is the matching equipment of Paper Cup Machine & Paper bowl machine, which has the function as photocell detection, failure alarm, counting etc.

It makes double wall paper cup/bowl after running a whole procedure of automatic paper (fan-sleeve) feeding, sleeve-cone-body sealing (by ultrasonic wave), water-glue spraying (spray glue inside the cone-sleeve), cup/bowl feeding (absorb cup into the cone-sleeve), inserting and bonding sleeve to the cup, collecting with the function of photo electric detection, fault alarm, and count.

It is an ideal equipment of making two/double walls paper cups/bowls such as direct-sleeve cups, hollow-sleeve cups, rippled/corrugated-sleeve paper cups etc. The sleeve-wrapped paper cups are popular for hot drinks(tea, coffee etc ).

Applications

JBZ-DW100 paper cup sleeve machine is designed for paper cup afterward process. Its main function is to wrap and sleeve printed blank perfectly to the cups. The out-layers have heat-resistant function, it can increase the strength and can have good printing effect of the cups.

Ultrasonic Heater System:

It use for paper materials such as single PE coated paper, Gloss printed paper or Ripple paper (corrugated paper) with glue.

Sensor
With auto failure detection sensor, and if machine is running into troubles,it will show error information in touch screen to remind the client to solve it, which is good for machine maintaining.
