High Consistency Hydrapulper
Feature
1,Model D hydrapulper is used for continuously breaking waste paper.
2,The tub adopts model DR structure , rotor touches with pulp
frequency, so the breaking time is shortened greatly
3,Model D hydrapulper, hydrapurger Ⅱ , drum screen, ragger and
grapple make up of continuous pulping and impurity discharging
system. This system is used for processing OCC, AOCC etc.. The
plastics styrene and other light and heavy rejects can be
discharged from the tub before being broken and flow through the
screen plate, so the production and pulp quality are improved.
Vertical hydrapulper: main structure body, rotor (impeller), bottom
cutter ring and motor. General turntable peripheral speed is
