It works like this
1. Raw material(Waste paper)---Hydro-pulper (to crush the raw paper
into Pulp fiber)
2. The paper pulp goes to the Pulp Grouting pool
3.After further crush and dilution, the pulp was pumped into the
Forming machine's Storage Tank
4.Then the mode dips into the pulp, by the force of Vacuum suction
and water filer design, the paper pulp stick on the mold.
5.This is the Wet egg tray(75% water Content)
6. Then you take this wet egg tray to a dry or ventilated place for
natural drying, No need other equipment. ( or you can use a dryer,
to dry them)
