Material

All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to ensure the quality.

1. A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unloading the material in our factory ,otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material .
2. Before production ,all the material must have the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have meet the requested strength and component.

Applied to the material of general-purpose steel GB/T1591-2008, Q235, Q345, Q420, Q460 used in China.

Usually we use Q235 for street lighting steel poles.

Description:

Manufacturing

Our factory owns advances production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have Microcomputer Automatic Carbon Sulfur Silicon Analyzer to check the raw material after purchasing the steel sheet.

Then we have Physical Performance Test, Mechanical Test, Galvanization Thickness Test, Load Test and Lad Test during and after the manufacturing process. All the effort is to meet our clients' requirements.

Delivery

We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
