Induction Motor Winding Lacing Machine, 2 working stations, 2 lacing needles binding coil heads at the same time, can fix coil heads and keep them in good shape.
Different lacing modes are settable accordingly. With fast speed, low noise, simple operation and easy tooling change. It can be combined with robots together for full-automatic production line.

1. Auto structure of pushing out stators can be equipped accordingly;
2. Adopting two needles to lace the stator winding ends automatically;
3. Adopting CNC control system to control the servo motors of four spindles;
4. Needle transposition and stator indexing are driven by servo motor;
5. The separated type tooling design and changeover time: ≤15mins;;
6. can detect fault location, with the function of fault diagnosis;
7. Main spindle is driven by servo motor; the speed is adjustable;
8. Lacing mode: lacing slot by slot, interval slot, skip slot or fancy lacing;
9. Equipped with automatic feeding, cutting and mechanical cord tension system;
10. During production, the cord spool is placed on the floor in vertical position;
11. Quick stack height changeover is available by hands;
12. Equipped with safety grating, reset automatically upon signal;
13. Operator works in standing posture;
14. Pressing the button to start the machine by both hands;
