Each spindle is equipped with individual control unit, and the two spindle do the drilling and tapping synchronously, thus dramatically increase the production efficiency and reduce the production cost
Adopts imported high precise hydraulic gear type indexed table, each position drilling and tapping synchronously, dramatically shorten the processing time, it is suitable for big volume work piece processing, with high efficiency.
The spindle material is high quality alloy steel and with harden hot treatment and precisely grinding, thus have good resistance to wear and long life.
The tapping spindle driven by lead screw, automatically feed to tapping in standard thread pitch. Show the processing in position in the touch screen during the working, and there is warning function when there is error.
